The Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce mission includes advancing economic vitality by education, among other things. Transformative Leadership with Rhonda Morton

Co-sponsored by the Chamber and facilitated by Rhonda Morton of Savannah Consulting, Transformative Leadership is an immersive, intensive deep dive into self-awareness and transformative leadership for up to ten middle or senior managers, emerging leaders, or business owners who want to change the trajectory of their lives and careers, and their organizations’ effectiveness.

The program includes a FEBI work-style/personality assessment and report, 360-degree workplace assessments, ten hours of group workshops, and three 90-minute individual coaching sessions, spaced out over a ten-week period for maximum integration and synthesis of your learning.

Workshops begin in October, but the time to register is now! A Super Early Bird Discount is available through August 1 only. Register by August 1 and the cost is just $699. Chamber members receive an additional 10% off, bringing the chamber member registration to just $630 when registering by August 1. The time to register is now!

Leadership Schuyler

Leadership Schuyler is an intensive leadership development course. Participants take courses on varying topics taught by leaders in their fields from throughout the region. The goal is to build leadership qualities and characteristics in tomorrow's leaders. For more information and to download an application, please click here.

Think Tanks

These events are held on the second Tuesday of each month. In odd months, they will take place from 4-6pm, and in even months, from 8-10am. Think Tanks always have an educational component (typically the first hour or so of the program) and end with a round table discussion.

SPARK! Leadership Conference

The 3rd Annual SPARK! Leadership Conference will take place in March 2018 at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel. This conference offers incredible speakers and break-out session topics that help attendees sharpen their professional skills, learn cutting-edge techniques from industry leaders, and position themselves to the best leader they can be!
