Agritourism is a relatively recent buzzword but definitely not new in terms of opportunities. With deep agriculture roots, the Finger Lakes offers many experiences and activities that get you to the heart of our family farms. Visit an orchard, enjoy a horseback ride through picturesque fields and forests, sample local-crafted cheese on a family dairy farm, meet animals at the Farm Sanctuary, or explore locally-produced products at a seasonal farmers market. The traditions of our family farms and dedication of local producers is a hallmark of our region.

Arts & Culture

Schuyler County and the surrounding area are rich in Arts and Culture. Take a tour through a historic museum or historical society. Arrange a tour of a one room school house. Attend an art opening. Listen to live music on a lakefront deck. Enjoy local as well as nationally renowned artists at one of several art galleries. Watch artists blow glass or spin fiber, right before your eyes.

Enjoy a live show or movie at a local theater. Watch professional hockey at an arena. Try your luck at a casino or bet on the horses. If Entertainment is what you're looking for, we have the places for you
