That place where agriculture and tourism meet.
What is agritourism? In short, it can best be described as that place where agriculture and tourism meet. It could be plucking an apple from a u-pick orchard, touring a creamery where you can meet cows then taste the cheese made from their milk, or horseback riding amongst beautiful forests and rolling pastures. If you are looking to explore the outdoors, enjoy the country air, and stretch your legs, we have an experience to fit your interest!
Here in Watkins Glen and Schuyler County, we are lucky to be surrounded by rich, fertile farmland. Our local farmers open their doors and welcome you to experience the beauty and bounty of the Finger Lakes! Pluck an apple from a tree at a u-pick orchard, visit with farm animals, feed baby goats, pick the perfect pumpkin from a local patch, tour a working dairy and taste farm-fresh cheeses. You will love experiencing the tradition of our family farms and the passion of our communities.
